A retreat for the woman who contains multitudes
A three-day immersion in neuroscience, dance, sound and sisterhood — held on the edge of summer.
The invitation
You are scientist and softness. Wild dance and quiet study. You read at midnight and laugh until sunrise.
Infinite Her is three days carved out of the year for women who hold the whole spectrum — and who want to feel every part of it remembered.
What we'll move through
The science of how attention, breath and movement reshape the brain — taught by a PhD who lives it.
Cymatic flow, embodied movement, and the practice of letting the body lead the mind home.
Sunset swims, golden-hour dinners, the kind of laughter that resets a year.
A small circle of women, chosen for resonance — the kind of room where you arrive a stranger and leave a sister.
Hosted by
Elena holds a PhD in neuroscience and has spent a decade translating what the lab knows about the nervous system into practices the body can feel. Infinite Her is the retreat she has been building toward — the one she wished existed when she was both the scientist in the room and the one who wanted to dance.
